Power Vinyasa with Eza Chowdhury is a 90 minute guided journey that blends meditation in motion with a strong, dynamic flow helping you build strength, release stress and reconnect deeply with yourself.
This class goes beyond surface level fitness. Through intentional sequencing, you’ll work into both superficial muscles and deep connective tissues, creating a practice that is not only physically invigorating but profoundly healing on every level of mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
Eza Chowdhury is known for creating a space that feels safe, welcoming and non intimidating, making this class accessible to all levels, whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner.
